Filing a complaint:

1. Fill in the return / complaint document – link to print
2. Send the product back – When submitting a complaint, please send the unused and complete product together with the purchase invoice to the following address: os. 2 Pułku Lotniczego 1F/46, 31-867 Krakow , Poland

* Remember that the cost of return shipment is on the customer’s side
